Stone of Destiny
It seems that it will be performanced in Cannes on the Film Festival!

FRANCE 14-25 May 2008 Iconic Festival de Cannes opens, closes with Hollywood films:
After turning down the producers of the "Da Vinci Code," deeming the story "theologically unsound," church authorities allowed filming inside Westminister Abbey for the first time in 50 years for "Stone of Destiny." The Anglo-Canadian film is the story of Ian Hamilton, a dedicated nationalist who reignited Scottish national pride in the 1950s with his daring raid on the heart of England to bring the Stone of Scone back to Scotland. Often referred to as the Stone of Scone, it was the stone upon which all monarchs of Scotland were crowned from the very first King back in 847. After a long and colorful history, it ended up back in Edinburgh Castle 11 years ago and still resides there.

Billy
Where are they now? - The Cast of LOTR:

Billy Boyd was wonderful as a comedic due of Merry and Pippin in LOTR. He even held his own with Ian McKellen in some heavy scenes. I guess being an actor in a fantasy film, even an amazing one like LOTR, is going to make it hard to break into other roles.

He has a nice supporting role in “On a Clear Day” but then nothing of particular note. His future could be a little brighter though. This year he has the piano drama “Glenn”, a supporting role in the bio-pic of Ian Hamilton “Stone of Destiny” and Irish crime drama “The Best Years”. I am sure this will not be leading to awards, but if luck is on his side it could act as a reminder to casting agents everywhere.
